Teachers, police officers, firefighters, EMT's, veterans or active military, you are ALL heroes!

You have volunteered to serve your country or community, often without the monetary rewards available in other professions. Let our team give back to you for what you have done for us. For more than 20 years we have been finding great homes for great people. Whether you are looking for your first home or your next home, we have a unique program that can lower your closing costs and in some cases reduce your monthly payments. Do you have a home to sell? The Homes4Everyday Heroes program overview:*

  1. When Buying or Selling a home, The MoveUP AZ Team will contribute up to a 1/2% of the property purchase price towards your closing costs at closing, with a minimum of a $50,000 purchase price requirement.
  2. Participating lenders and title companies will offer special discounts for heroes like you when you buy or sell a home through this program.
  3. After closing, we will donate $50 to (select one):
  •  Police, Firefighters, EMT’s - The 100 Club

  •  Active Military - Packages From Home

  •  Teachers - Appropriate foundation supporting your school.

  •  Veterans, the VFW, Wounded Warriors

  •  Other______________________________ (upon approval)

*Rules & Restrictions: Must be represented by Shannon Collins (SA114615000) as listing agent or buyer's agent of record. Not all properties and loan programs will qualify for this program. The home you purchase may not qualify for the loan program you selected. The type of loan you choose may not allow contributions from outside parties. In some instances it may be in the Buyer's best interest to work with the title/escrow company of the Seller's choice, in which The MoveUp AZ Team cannot guarantee that said title company will be willing or able to participate in this program. The MoveUp AZ Team and HomeSmart are not liable for changes beyond our control that affect the discounts and fees outlined here. The exact contributions by The MoveUp AZ Team toward your closing costs are determined by the amount of our final commissions paid at closing and is based upon The MoveUP AZ Team earning a minimum 3% commission at closing. Should the commission paid to The MoveUp AZ Team be less than 3% of the final purchase price then credit paid to client will be adjusted by the same discounted percentage.  Program to purchase a home requires that buyer participant be able to qualify for a Conventional, FHA or VA loan or purchase as an all-cash sale. Discounts shall only be applied when Buyer or Seller participant uses a lender and title company that has committed to the Homes4Everyday Heroes program, as well as The MoveUp AZ Team of HomeSmart to buy and/or sell a property. Sales price of the property must be $50,000 or more. Maximum credit paid by The MoveUP AZ Team will be 1/2% of the final purchase price or $2500, whichever is less, with a total maximum credit paid towards client’s costs within any 12 month period of $2500. Only 1 credit per transaction. Not applicable towards leases. Charitable donation made after closing will be made in the name of MoveUp AZ or its members, not the client's.
